Elements of a Flow coaching session:

To use this template, either with a coachee, or for your own reflection, here is a suggested sequence:

  1. Awareness - What are your goals and aspirations?
  2. Motivation - Why is it important to you?
  3. Achievement - What does success look like?
  4. Planning - How will you get there?
  5. Focus - How will you stay on track?
  6. Values - How will you maintain integrity in pursuit of your goals?

You don't have to follow this order if the conversation or thought process drifts to different areas, but aim to have notes for each section. You can return at any point to enrich and add branches to each section as you progress towards your goals.
