Notion provides the building blocks to let you create just about whatever you want, however you want it. While this makes it incredibly easy to design a Notion workspace however you want to, it’s also easy for things to get a bit wild.
The Workspace Map is designed to help you see the forest for the trees by mapping your entire workspace in all its glory to help you navigate and optimise it.

The Workspace Map connects to your Notion Workspace when you signup using your Notion account, or connect from the dashboard. From the pages and workspaces you share, an interactive chart is created based on your workspace structure, with pages and databases nested within their ‘parent’ layer. You can use the chart to get a holistic view of your workspace structure and find those sneaky pages that are hidden within multiple layers.
Next, you can create an index database in Notion from all your content so you can get a grip on all your pages, databases, and their properties. You can do (almost) whatever you like with the database to make your content more searchable, weed out old and unused pages, and review your database relations and rollups. The database will update to match your workspace whenever you sign into Canvas:OS. Easy!
Read the below guide to learn more about how to use the Workspace Map effectively, or signup for a Pro or Connect account to start mapping! https://www.canvas-os.com/pricing
