Canvas:OS for organisations is designed to create clarity and connection by providing a shared picture of why your org exists, how it’s organised, where you're going, and how you can work together to get there. Let’s help you you find your flow by bringing your organisational OS to life.

If you’re getting started with your new Canvas:OS org, work through the below steps to get setup, or use the contents menu to skip to a specific section.

1. Org details

1. Access Org Settings
   • Upgrade to the Canvas:OS Pro or Connect subscription if you haven’t already
   • Head to Settings > Org from your dashboard
2. Create Your Org
   • Enter your org name and admins (if you already have multiple team members)
     • You can update the admin list at any time.
   • Upload your org logo (optional if you want your logo to appear on select pages like the community chat and health assessments).
   • Click Update Info
3. Admin Permissions
   • The person who signed up for the paid subscription automatically becomes an admin
   • Only admins can invite team members, manage settings, edit the people database and org chart, and embed the community chat page
   • You can have as many admins as you like

You can import and sync your people data from several sources to populate your people database and org chart.
